• Strict No Refund Policy: All payments made to boimadesimple.com are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible under any and all circumstances. • Unchangeable Status Post-Payment: Once payment has been processed, your service order is irreversible and cannot be canceled or altered. Any additional modifications or re-filings requested by you may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed to you at the time of the request. All fees paid for such additional services will also be non-refundable.
• No Refunds Due to Regulatory or Policy Changes: Should any government agency, including FinCEN, amend, abolish, or make retroactive exemptions regarding the requirements for which you engaged our services, this does not entitle you to a refund. boimadesimple.com will not provide refunds, credits, or any form of compensation for changes in law, policy, or interpretation that affect the relevance, acceptance, or need for your filing.
• No Guarantee of Outcome: Our services are limited to assisting in the preparation and submission of BOI reports based on information provided by you. We do not guarantee approval, acceptance, or processing timeframes by any government agency, including FinCEN. You accept that our services are provided "as-is," and we are not responsible for any agency decisions.
• Additional Fees and Costs: Any additional expenses, including re-filing fees, correction fees, or other charges that may be necessary for compliance with applicable laws or regulations, will be your responsibility and are not included in our initial service fee. Payment of these additional fees will also be subject to our no-refund policy.
